Ambassador Adamu Mamani Hassan hails from Lau Local Government Area of Taraba State. He was a Civil Servant who started as a teacher and rose to the peak of his career as a Permanent Secretary in five different Ministries in Taraba State.
Ambassador Mamani was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nigeria to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 1st February 2021. He arrived in Hanoi on 14th October 2021.
As an educationist, he had a Bachelor of Education Degree B.Ed from the famous Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He attended several workshops and seminars during his career.
Ambassador Mamani is a traditional title holder as the Shetiman Lau. He is also a Board of Trustee member of the Arewa Consultative Forum and current Chairman of Hausa Fulani Development Association of Lau Local Government.
Ambassador Mamani is a stalwart grassroot politician and a staunch APC stakeholder in Taraba State.
